We are an independent multi-brand retailer. We are not the official website of Casablanca SAS. All trademarks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• All products offered on the Site are guaranteed authentic and sourced from authorized partners and distributors.
• We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately; however, device settings and lighting may cause variations.
• Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Ordering & Acceptance

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt via an order confirmation email.
• Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation with tracking. We may decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock issues, payment authorization failure, pricing or product errors, or suspected fraud. Any payments captured for cancelled orders will be refunded.
• Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once placed, changes may not be possible.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless indicated.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
• International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by customs.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

7. Payments

• We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Additional payment methods may be available at checkout.
• By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.
• All card transactions are encrypted. We do not store full card numbers.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free US shipping on orders over $250. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Information.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods or promotions.
• We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect details.
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or customs inspections.

9. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address or carrier collection where your carrier is selected by you. Title to products transfers upon our receipt of full payment and dispatch.

10. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer 14‑day returns from the delivery date, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. Footwear must include the original box.
• Final sale items, undergarments, face masks, and personalized items are not returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is defective or the order is cancelled under applicable consumer laws.

11. Promotions & Gift Codes

• Promo codes are single‑use, non‑transferable, and may not be combined. Exclusions may apply, including limited editions and new season styles.
• If you return items purchased with a promo code, the refund reflects the discounted amount actually paid.
• We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time where permitted by law.
