United States
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable based on destination and local regulations.
International
Orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You will be contacted by the carrier for any import charges due before delivery.
Address Changes, Cancellations & Delivery Issues
Change of address
We can modify the delivery address before dispatch. After shipment, address changes must be requested directly with the carrier and may not be possible in all locations.
Order cancellation
We can cancel unshipped orders during business hours. Please email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
Missed or refused delivery
Packages returned to sender due to refusal or multiple failed delivery attempts may be refunded minus shipping and any return fees assessed by the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered within 7 days of the estimated date, contact us. Please retain all packaging and provide photos for claims.
Holiday & peak season
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday and year‑end holidays), carriers may experience network congestion. We recommend selecting Expedited or Express for time‑sensitive gifts.

Do you offer free US shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on US orders over $250 after discounts and before tax.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Standard service only. Express options are unavailable for PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Will I pay duties and taxes for international orders?
Yes, international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The carrier will contact you to settle import charges before delivery.
Can you ship to a hotel?
Yes, but we recommend selecting a service requiring signature and informing the hotel concierge in advance.
Do you offer in‑store pickup?
Not at this time. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location.
