Overview

We accept returns on most full‑price and promotional items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet our policy may be sent back to you.

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery
  • Condition: new, unused, unaltered, with all original tags/packaging
  • Footwear: try on over a soft, clean surface; return with dust bags/box
  • Sets: return the full set (tops and bottoms) together

Eligibility requirements

  • All original designer and store tags must remain attached.
  • Garments must be free from wear, wash, alterations, odors, or marks.
  • Accessories must include all branded packaging and authenticity cards.
  • We may refuse returns that fall outside the policy or show signs of use.

Non‑returnable items

For hygiene and legal reasons, some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Last Chance” at checkout
  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear bottoms without intact hygiene liners/seals
  • Face masks and opened beauty/fragrance items
  • Customized/monogrammed items and made‑to‑order pieces
  • Gift cards and store credit

How to make a return

  1. Request approval

    Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, item(s), and reason for return. For defects/damage, attach clear photos.

  2. Prepare your package

    Place the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories and tags. Remove/cover old shipping labels.

  3. Label & ship

    We can provide a trackable return label:

    • US returns: Flat $12.95 label, deducted from your refund. Or ship with your own insured, trackable carrier.
    • International returns: Use an insured, trackable service. Duties/taxes are non‑refundable by us; reclaim locally where applicable.
  4. Keep proof of postage

    Save the receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered, allow 2–5 business days for inspection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable; return label fees (if used) are deducted.
  • After we issue a refund, banks/payment providers may take 3–10 business days to post it.
  • Partial refunds may occur if items are returned used, missing tags, or outside the window (subject to approval).

Exchanges

We offer size or color exchanges on the same style where stock is available.

  • US exchanges: Complimentary outbound shipping for the replacement.
  • International: Treated as a return plus a new purchase.
  • We can hold replacement items for up to 3 days after pre‑approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will prioritize a replacement or provide a prepaid return label and a full refund once confirmed.

International returns & duties

  • Orders may be shipped DDU/DDP depending on destination. Import duties/taxes paid to carriers or authorities are non‑refundable by us.
  • For returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Clearly mark the shipment as “Returned Goods.”
  • Refused or unclaimed packages may incur return shipping and customs fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

Gifts & store credit

  • Items received as a gift can be returned for store credit to the recipient, issued as a digital gift card.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date and can be used across casablanca-paris.net.

Additional terms

  • Order changes/cancellations: We can modify or cancel orders before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Price adjustments: One‑time adjustment within 7 days of purchase if the identical item (size/color) goes on regular markdown. Excludes limited promotions, coupon codes, and final sale.
  • Holiday returns: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 10 of the following year (standard eligibility applies).
